Redstone Group, LLC was founded by two industry executives
each with an excess of 30 years business experience in
multiple technologies managing functional areas of engineering,
manufacturing, business, regulatory and environmental
at the facility
as well as corporate and executive levels. We are staffed
by Senior Professionals with extensive industry experience
in the areas of engineering, regulatory, chemistry, environmental,
toxicology, safety and transportation. Our staffs are
comfortable with global operations, having worked throughout
the Americas, Europe and Asia. Additionally we have extended
networks to provide local expertise around the globe.
This is combined with a foundation in business operations
as well as corporate engineering and EHS program development,
implementation and monitoring. We add value by integrating

Founding Principal
Before founding Redstone, Glenn was Vice President of
Environmental, Health and safety and Engineering for Ashland
Inc., a diversified company in the energy, transportation
and construction area. Glenn has over thirty years experience
in EH&S, chemical manufacturing and engineering. At
Ashland, he led efforts in pioneering innovative solutions
in corporate governance in the EH&S area for the board
of directors, managed global EH&S compliance for the
company, and had responsibilities for the management of
major engineering project in the US, Europe and Asia.
He is a frequent writer and lecturer on EH&S governance
issues.
Among his many achievements are building strong EH&S
and Engineering processes, lobbying for major legislative
and regulatory reform, identifying and analyzing emerging
EH&S issues, and developing EH&S risk assessment
processes. Glenn also has participated in many outside
forums that involved integrating EH&S into business
processes for improved financial performance.
Glenn has also testified before Congress on the Clean
Water Act and participated on EPA's National Advisory
and Technology for Superfund (NACEPT). He has chaired
several professional affiliations such as the Conference
Board President's EH&S Council and the American Chemistry
Council Regulatory Roundtable, He also has served on the
several nonprofit boards including the Council for Ethics
in Economics and the Simon Kenton Boy Scout Council in
Columbus, Ohio.
Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
from the West Virginia Institute of Technology.
Mark T. Vagasky
Founding Principal
Prior to founding The Redstone Group Mark was employed
by firms, including Eastman Kodak, British Petroleum,
Union Oil and Ashland Inc. He has over thirty years
managements experience in the areas of Engineering,
Manufacturing, Plant, Multi-Site Operations, business
and Corporate Regulatory including extensive P&L
experience. His regulatory experience includes areas
of Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, Transportation,
Product Safety, and related areas such as DEA, FDA,
FIFRA, Hazardous Communication as well as Import / Export.
Mark's accomplishments include the management of major
capital projects, extensive organizational optimization
initiatives, significant profitability enhancements,
as well as support of numerous acquisitions and divestitures.
Improvements in product quality and customer satisfaction
have also stood out in his career. He has developed
programs for the implementation of corporate product
stewardship, established management systems for regulatory
compliance organization which also provides support
for South America and Asia.
He has served on numerous committees of the American
Chemistry Council as well as authored papers and lectured
on subjects and finance. Prior to founding Redstone
Mark was President of a property investment company.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical
Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA
from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Joseph D. Morehart, PE
Senior Engineer
Mr. Morehart has over 20 years experience in environmental,
health and safety management. Prior to joining Redstone,
Mr. Morehart was a Senior Corporate Air Engineer for Ashland,
Inc. where he was responsible for ensuring compliance
at numerous chemical manufacturing and distribution facilities
in the US, Canada, England, and Germany. He developed
and negotiated several Title V permits, developed compliance
strategies for MACT standards, developed internal systems
to manage the data required for compliance certification,
served as the company representative during USEPA multi-media
and State compliance inspections, and lead negotiations
to successfully resolve several enforcement actions. He
was also involved in multiple due diligence assessments
and integrations related to mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Morehart’s career began at the Ohio EPA where
he participated in the initial assessment of industrial
disposal practices to determine potential superfund sites,
then as a district Air engineer had responsibility for
permit review/issuance, compliance inspections, and enforcement
actions.

Janine E. White, REM
Engineer
A seasoned environmental professional with over 15 years
experience, Janine has developed or supported development
of environmental compliance plans for field activities,
RCRA Part B permits, RCRA closure plans, environmental due
diligence assessments, and CERCLA removal action plans.
She has negotiated and facilitated project requirements,
compliance documentation, and path forward solutions with
state and federal regulators as well as with Department
of Energy and Department of Defense project managers. Also
a planner, she led and facilitated project solutions with
multiple interested parties (and multiple viewpoints) and
participated in the development of ISO 14001-compliant environmental
management systems.
Janine performed as a second-tier subcontractor to CH2M
Hill Hanford Group on the single-shell (mixed waste) tank
closure project at the Department of Energy’s Hanford
Nuclear Reservation. She was involved with developing
closure strategy for an individual SST and for an entire
waste management area (a.k.a. tank farm), as well as being
responsible for development of regulatory documentation
addressing Land Disposal Restrictions at closure. She
also worked as a direct subcontractor with Bechtel Hanford
on environmental restoration compliance issues and Bechtel
Jacobs in Oak Ridge on environmental compliance and due
diligence.
Prior to joining The Redstone Group, Janine was employed
by Bechtel Environmental Inc. and Bechtel Hanford, Inc
in addition to operating her own environmental consulting
firm. Janine holds a BSCE from Stanford University and
an MS Environmental Management from Cal Berkley.

Michele B. Holtom, PE
Engineer II
Ms. Holtom has experience developing RCRA Closure Plans
for various facilities, supervising closure activities,
preparing reports and certifications, and coordinating with
Ohio EPA personnel. She has also prepared reports for numerous
environmental site assessments including property descriptions,
current and historical uses, Federal and State Environmental
Records, water well log records, and physical characteristics
of the property.
Prior to coming to Hull she worked for the Ohio Environmental
Protection Agency's Division of Hazardous Waste Management
for seven years, gaining valuable experience with all
aspects of the RCRA Program. She also worked with Emergency
and Remedial Response, and Water Pollution Control Divisions
of the EPA. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
from Ohio Northern University.

Norm Brusk, JD, CIH, CSP
Sr. Industrial Hygienist
Norman Brusk has over 30 years of experience in Health
and Safety with his list of accomplishments including
being a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified
Safety Professional (CSP), and being licensed to Practice
Law in the State of Ohio. He started his career as a Quality
Control Chemist and Staff Industrial Hygienist for the
Ford Motor Company where he provided industrial hygiene
and laboratory services to over 100 assembly, steel, glass
and foundry plants throughout the country. His services
included assuring compliance with corporate-wide programs
for formaldehyde control, hearing conservation, and gas,
dust, and fume exposures. As a Health & Safety Manager
for Borden Incorporated, he served over 200 chemical,
food and dairy plants and was responsible for conducting
health and safety audits, developing corporate wide programs
for hearing conservation, blood borne pathogens, asbestos
management, and hazard communication, as well as developing
site-specific or division-specific programs and procedures.
Norm attended law school and currently is the partner
of Brusk & Brusk, Attorneys at Law practicing in areas
of consumer and bankruptcy law. He is also the President
of Health & Safety 2000, Inc. in which he provides
consulting to industrial and commercial clients, including
industrial hygiene monitoring, training, program development,
assessment, solutions and recommendations. He holds a
B.S. in Chemistry from Wayne State University, an M.S.
in Occupational & Environmental Health and a Law Degree
from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio.

Frank R. Boehm
Senior Safety Engineer
As Senior Safety Engineer with The Redstone Group, Frank
is currently involved in loss prevention, process safety,
risk management and security programs as well as comprehensive
safety services. He has over 30 years of experience in
the chemical process industry with a focus on safety,
health and security concerns affecting personnel, processes,
equipment and property at both the plant and corporate
levels. Frank earned a BS in Safety from the University
of Central Missouri. Prior to joining The Redstone Group
Frank was employed by Ashland Inc., ANGUS Chemical Company,
Petrolite Corporation, Chemtech Industries, and BF Goodrich
in a variety of Safety Management and Regulatory positions.
Frank is a Certified Safety Professional and a Registered
Professional Safety Engineer. He also is a certified Process
Safety Management Auditor. He is a member of the American
Society of Safety Engineers, Past President of ASSE’s
St. Louis Chapter and Ouachita Valley Section.

David A. Twyman, MS, CSP
EH&S Consultant

G. Byron Edwards
Consultant
Byron Edwards has over 30 years experience in a variety
of assignments involving Management Systems, Environmental
Management, EHS auditing as well as Engineering. His early
career, with PPG Inc., involved design, construction and
permitting of numerous biological water and other treatment
facilities, including agency negotiation and oversight.
Byron was charged with the developing and implementing
the Corporate EHS Compliance Assurance process and other
corporate environmental activities. Included were Development
of the corporate "Environmental Implementation Plan",
an environmental management system published and implemented
globally. Coordination of implementation of the Responsible
Care Management System Globally across all business units.
Transition of the Corporate EMS to provide synergism with
the new ISO 14001 EMS, EMAS and Responsible Care.
In his role as Director of Compliance Assurance at PPG
Mr. Edwards was responsible for directing the company
wide EHS audit process supporting approximately 400 company
global locations. He personally acted as Audit Team Leader
on over 500 audits in the United States and globally.
This encompassed regulatory, policy and management system
disciplines.
After leaving PPG Byron developed and helped implement
a Compliance Assurance process for a major aluminum manufacturer.
This included management system assessments and performance
metric analysis.
Mr. Edwards holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Cleveland
State University and an MBA from the University of Akron.
He is a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor,
Certified ISO 14001 RAB Audit Team Leader and has participated
in the Environmental, Health and Safety Auditing Roundtable
since 1986 as an officer on the Board of Directors from
1999-2001.

Michael J. Duffy
Mr. Duffy has over 30 years of Environmental Health and
Safety experience in several areas including managing,
consulting, directing, and engineering.
Serving as Director of Environmental Affairs and Safety
for Ashland, Incorporated, Mr. Duffy was responsible for
the environmental and safety issues worldwide for the
four divisions of Ashland with a value of $7.7 billion,
including Distribution, Specialty Chemicals, APAC, and
Valvoline. He directly managed four self-directed work
teams which included a total 18 members of Air, Water/waste,
Safety Management and Management Systems in addition to
managing three full-time contractors.
For ten years, Michael served as the Vice President of
EH&S for Valvoline, a $1.2 billion division of Ashland.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President/General Counsel,
he was responsible for all environmental affairs, safety
issues, product safety, remediation issues and regulatory
affairs for the company. He directly managed a Manager
of Environmental Affairs, Manager of Safety, Manager of
Product Safety. He continued his work with Ashland until
2004 as an independent EHS consultant addressing refining
issues related to its joint venture with Marathon Ashland
Petroleum, LLC.
Michael joined the Redstone team in 2005 and conducts
environmental and safety audits in addition to performing
general consulting. He received his MS in Chemical Engineering
from the University of Idaho and his BS from Gonzaga University
and served in the United States Army for 29 years.

H. Anthony Raiche
Sr. Consultant/Project Manager
Mr. Raiche has over forty years of experience in numerous
areas of Mechanical Engineering, Program and Reliability
Consulting, Program Management, Construction Management,
Project Directing and Managing, Turnaround Planning and
Management, Superintending and Field Construction and is
an established author and lecturer .
Tony is currently a Senior Consultant for the Redstone Group
as well as the president of another firm in which he consults
for Program Management and Turnaround. He served as a Senior
Consultant in Program Management for a major gas supplier
in the United States in which he provided guidance in overall
management, project tracking, management reporting and developed
client needs in the area of training, site implementation,
profit models, and overall commercialization planning. He
has provided constructability guidance, design and planning
on several major revamps of FCC units world wide with an
estimated value of over $90 million. He participated in
over 20 turnaround consultancies and assisted with overall
turnaround management and planning. Tony served as a Program
Consultant in the management of a major sewer upgrade project
that was completed in less than half the allowed time and
additionally designed a follow-up compliance program.
As Director of Reliability for Ashland Oil, Inc., Tony
established and implemented a mechanical integrity program,
instituted a reliability centered manufacturing and maintenance
program, and provided long range strategic direction to
the turnaround efforts and an inspection program. Serving
as Director of Engineering for Ashland, Tony was responsible
for refinery upgrades, shutdown projects, construction
management, installation and conversion of new bottling
lines, performing due diligence and certified projects,
analyzing and correcting deficiencies in PSM Mechanical
Integrity program and developing a follow-up system and
maintenance procedures to increase reliability and enhance
PSM compliance.
Tony received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Christian
Brothers College in 1964, his MS in Mechanical Engineering
from Tulane University in 1968 and a certificate from
the Graduate School of Business from Indiana University
in 1989.

Robert B. Andersen
Project Manager
Mr. Andersen has extensive Project Management, Engineering
Design, and Construction Management experience in Refining,
Chemical, Ethanol and Industrial areas in addition to
having experience as Contractor and as an Owner representative.
As a Senior Project Manager for Kvaerner Process, Bob
managed projects for DuPont and DDE, including electrical
power system upgrades, infrastructure repairs and upgrades,
and major waste water system modifications. Bob also served
as a Senior Refining Engineer for the MAPLLC Robinson
Refinery and was responsible for the development and implementation
of numerous projects which included FCCU Main Column Water
Wash System Additions and Revisions. As a Manager of Projects
for the Ashland Petroleum Company he was responsible for
all phases of capital projects for the St. Paul Park and
Canton refineries including the preparation of yearly
budges and other financial plans and reports. He also
served Ashland as a Project Manager and was responsible
for the development, estimations, design, procurement,
construction, and commissioning of major refinery projects,
and was involved in various refinery infrastructure and
controls upgrade projects. Under the Ashland Chemical
Company, Bob coordinated all engineering design, procurement,
and construction for major construction and revamp projects,
two of which totaling over $36 million.
Bob attended Ohio University receiving a B.S. in Chemical
Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer
in the state of Ohio.

Lauren L. Hill
Construction Manager
Mr. Hill is a seasoned general manager with 14 years experience
of full profit and loss responsibility in complex organizations.
He has demonstrated the ability to initiate and manage
dynamic change in an organization, systems and personnel
to increase efficiency in operations and administration,
as well as increase productivity and improve profitability.
Lauren currently operates a consulting practice for general
business issues.
Lauren served as President and Senior Vice President of
Scurlock Permian Corporation, which was formed in 1991
when Ashland, Inc. purchased the Permian Corporation and
merged it with the Scurlock Oil Company creating the second
largest crude oil gathering, transportation and marketing
company in the U.S. with revenues in excess of $3 billion
annually. Lauren joined in 1992 and successfully led the
integration of the two companies. Some of his accomplishments
include having consolidated field operating offices and
profiting from unused facilities, successfully downsizing
workforce while minimizing business volume decline, assembling
a Reengineering team to study business processes allowing
to later consolidate functions and increase efficiency
in several departments, encouraging technological and
communication advancements within the company, starting
a new market area by opening a new office in Canada, and
doubling profits between 1993 and 1996. Lauren also served
as President and General Manager for South Point Ethanol
(a partner of Ashland) where he managed full profit and
loss responsibilities and successfully assimilated the
partnership between the two work forces.
Lauren received his BS in Civil Engineering from the University
of Cincinnati, his MBA in finance from Columbia University
Graduate School of Business, attended the U.S. Army Petroleum
Management School in Ft. Lee, VA and completed the Executive
Development Program for Ashland Oil, Inc.

James J. Autry
Project Manager
James has more than 30 years of experience performing
management and engineering for the petroleum industry.
His most valuable attribute is Project Management abilities
from the owner’s side on large mega projects utilizing
major national engineering construction contractors. He
has directed major oil refinery capital expansion improvement
programs exceeding $500 million for several employers.
These involved competitively selecting and then directing
in their home office and field such as major engineering
firms as Bechtel, Fluor Daniel, Foster Wheeler, MW Kellogg,
Parsons, and other. Mr. Autry was employed by Ashland
Petroleum Company and Marathon Oil for several years where
he managed and directed multimillion dollar projects involving
cost and quality control, program compliance of the Federal
Clean Air Act, program design, construction, and risk
analysis.
James’ early career experience as a refinery maintenance
manager provided him a balanced view of operations customer
needs to project design reliability, operability, and
quality while controlling cost and change request, insight
in managing project planning that must recognize the needs
for interface with refinery Turnarounds, and an understanding
and knowledge of key refinery processes and appreciation
for equipment spacing and reliability. As a director of
a large multi-refinery central engineering project management
and design group, Mr. Autry developed a team approach
to balance the resources of in-house engineers with contracted
personnel.
James holds a Bachelors of Electrical Engineering from
the Georgia Institute of Technology.

James E. Eggenschwiler, Esq.
James Eggenschwiler is an attorney and international trade
professional with twenty years experience leading operational
and structural development of companies with expanding
presence in Asia, Europe and the Americas. Mr. Eggenschwiler
has provided international trade leadership to various
consumer product manufacturers, retailers, and distributors,
including Bridgestone, Consolidated Stores, Continental
Tire, Ford Motor, GE Appliance, K•B Toy, Philips,
Thomson Consumer Electronics, and Wal-Mart.
Mr. Eggenschwiler has assisted numerous domestic and
international business start-ups, acquisitions, mergers
and divestitures, and has been heavily involved in the
formation of strategic international alliances. He has
front-line operations experience leading divisions that
permeated Asia, Europe, and South America. His US regulatory
experience includes representation before the Bureau of
Industry Security, Customs and Border Protection, Centers
For Disease Control, Consumer Product Safety Commission,
Department of Homeland Security, Department of Labor,
Department of Transportation, Federal Communications Commission,
Federal Maritime Commission, Federal Trade Commission,
Food & Drug Administration, the Internal Revenue Service,
the Securities & Exchange Commission, US Export Administration,
and the US State Department. He has worked closely with
numerous local country regulatory bodies and government
ministries throughout Asia, the India Subcontinent, the
Americas and Europe.
Jim has participated in high level trade missions and
policy exchanges sponsored by area universities and the
Ohio Supreme Court, and has been a frequent guest speaker
at numerous conferences and symposia on the subject of
international trade. He is also a visiting lecturer at
Handong University School of Law in Handong, South Korea.
Mr. Eggenschwiler is a member of the Ohio and Oklahoma
Bars.

Richard Kraska
Toxicology and Regulatory Consultant
Mr. Kraska has 29 years of experience in toxicology and
regulatory affairs for industry and the government in
broad aspects of the chemical industry including food
additives, foods, food contact materials, cosmetics, lubricants
and fuels, coatings, defoamers, anti-microbial pesticides
and pharmaceuticals. He has been involved in several publications,
has been a speaker for national meetings, seminars, and
workshops, and provides training courses to business,
research, and legal groups at Lubrizol.
Mr. Kraska held managerial positions with the Lubrizol
Corporation, managing special toxicology and regulatory
projects, including coordinating $2.8 million inhalation
toxicology program on engine emissions with a novel diesel
fuel formation for registration with EPA under the Clean
Air Act, as well as being the Manager of Toxicology and
Risk Assessment for 14 years. In this position, Richard
was directly responsible for toxicology testing and evaluation
of all Company specialty chemicals and products, managed
product safety specialists and helping lead the development
of an award-winning database system, and represented the
company on trade association task groups involved in legislative
and regulatory advocacy. Other achievements include assuring
all Company products of BP America, Inc. complied with
federal regulations, and held two Safety Officer positions
in the Division of Food and Color Additives under the
FDA.
Mr. Kraska received his B.S. in Chemistry from Providence
College and his Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University
of Minnesota. He is a diplomate for the American Board
of Toxicology and has served on several trade associated
committees, such as his current involvement with the Safety,
Health, Environmental and Regulatory Affairs Committee
for the Independent Lubricant Manufacturers Association.

Richard J. Demboski
Consultant
Richard Demboski has had numerous assignments and experiences
in Engineering, Manufacturing Management as well as compliance
and conformance auditing over his 35 year career. Early
assignments at Conoco Inc included Process Engineering
and Process Supervisor and Plant Superintendent. A variety
of safety training, safety program management as well
as P&L responsibilities were assumed.
At Ashland Inc. Richard managed the manufacturing activities
of four chemical batch and continuous process plants with
responsibilities for assets in excess of $800 million,
250 employees and an annual operating budget in excess
of $200million. Strategic planning required supporting
significant increases in production and implementation
of Environmental Management systems were among his many
accomplishments. Other program implementation included
Process Safety Management, Risk Management and Behavior
Based Safety programs.
Since leaving Ashland Mr. Demboski has assisted numerous
firms in the area of compliance and conformance auditing
on a domestic and international basis. He has developed
Environmental Health and Safety protocol for a client's
auditing program.
Richard holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University
of Pittsburgh. He is a BEAC Certified Professional Auditor
and is a Certified ISO 14001 Lead auditor.

David Twyman
David A. Twyman, CSP has over 26 years experience
in a variety of industries managing and auditing environmental,
health, and safety programs. He began his career as a
Safety and Health Manager for Austin Powder Company, a
leading manufacturer of dynamite, detonating cord, and
slurry explosives. He spent over ten years of his career
as a Manager of Corporate Health and Safety for Borden,
Inc. where he was responsible for managing multiple chemical,
food, and dairy manufacturing sites throughout North America.
David also was responsible for auditing EHS programs at
Borden and continued his auditing practices when he established
a professional EHS consulting business in 1998. He has
also worked extensively with managing environmental compliance,
safety, and security programs for multiple employers.
David has implemented continuous improvement programs
such as: behavior base safety, world class safety, process
safety management, risk management, and workers’
compensation/claims management.
David is a graduate of West Virginia University with
a Master of Science degree in safety management. David
is also a Certified Safety Professional. He is a past
president of the American Society of Safety Engineers-Central
Ohio Chapter and the past president of the Society of
Ohio Safety Engineers.
